哈佛大學研究團隊的研究發想，很讓人感到創新及未來應用性
發想起源: 血小板的好:協助凝血功能; 血小板的壞:造成血栓/包覆腫瘤細胞，協助其轉移
臨床防止血栓用藥，藥效良好，但要去除其功能時，須至少停藥一周
研究做法:
1.以天然人類血小板，透過離心與洗滌劑，去除血小板內部顆粒結構，保留血小板表面受體
透過電子顯微鏡、流式細胞儀檢測，是否有達到目標
*這一點很強大.......很多參數要微調，最後體積為原本的1/3
2.功能性確認:
2.1 防止血栓
2.1.1 in vitro-receptor amount and activation, adhesion
2.1.2 in vivo-rabbit
2.2 降低腫瘤細胞轉移-micro-fluid cartridge, mouse model
